Process Pro Funding (processprofunding.com) is operated by Vinita, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its office at 9801 Westheimer Road, Suite 300, Houston, Texas 77042, USA ("we," "us"). We want you to know exactly how we are paid.
How we are paid
- Process Pro Funding refers small businesses to our funding partner, David Allen Capital.
- We receive a commission from our funding partner if you are funded through our referral. We are paid only when a business we referred receives funding. We are not paid for your visit, for your inquiry or for your application by itself.
- Applying is free to you. We never charge you a fee for our referral, and we never ask you for payment.
- The commission does not change your rates or terms. David Allen Capital sets all rates, fees, amounts, repayment terms and other terms of any funding offer. Our commission is paid by David Allen Capital and is not added to your rate or deducted from your funding.
Our relationship with David Allen Capital
We are an independent affiliate of David Allen Capital. We are not an employee, agent or legal representative of David Allen Capital, and we cannot make promises or decisions on its behalf. Because we earn a commission when a referred business is funded, we have a financial interest in referring you to this partner. We currently refer businesses to one funding partner only, so our website does not compare funding offers from other providers.

When you click a link or button on our website to apply, you leave our website and go to David Allen Capital's website. Your application, the information you give in it, and any funding offer are between you and David Allen Capital, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
